Team
Esteban is iRevive’s founder and head technician. His love of technology and how things work is what drives him to be the best he can be at any task given. In high school, Esteban was the vice president of his robotics team which eventually went on to win the Palmetto Rookie Allstar Award in 2011. After graduating from Travelers Rest high school early, Esteban attended college for computer programming in Charleston, SC and took on an apprenticeship at a local computer repair shop. Between 2012 and 2016, Esteban worked as a technician for various repair shops and eventually moved up to being a general operator of an Apple specialized repair center. In 2017, Esteban moved back to his home town to open iRevive where he is now able to put his knowledge and experiences to use by providing high quality services to clients and local businesses.
As many of our customers know, we are truly a Mom-&-Pop shop. Samantha is Esteban’s Wife and iRevive’s second technician, web admin, and all things artsy. Originally starting out as a classic drawing artist, at 13 she started learning computer programming and Photoshop. Some might say she is a Photoshop guru! Graduating high school at 17, she went on to pursue a Photography career where she now displays her work in various galleries in the U.S and internationally. For the love of fine details, recycling or reusing, she eventually underwent training to refurbish iPhone, iPad, and iPod screens. Sam has been restoring broken iPhones and MacBooks since 2015 making her the ideal technician to assist clients with their Apple products needs. When Sam is not reviving MacBooks, she is capturing still frames of life’s beauty with her Sony Alpha DSLR.
Sophia is a skilled Mac and iOS technician with over 10 years of experience in the electronics repair industry. While attending TL Hanna High School in 2014, Sophia took on the role as a phone technician at a local franchise repair shop. Shortly after graduating from school, Sophia proved herself to be management material where she trained her fellow technicians on new repair trends and techniques, while making sure her clients were satisfied with each repair. In the beginning of 2021, Sophia joined iRevive so she could continue to learn more complex repairs and apply her skill set towards Mac computers. Her genuine enjoyment in fixing the unfixable, and her integrity in looking out for clients’ best interests makes Sophia a perfect fit for what iRevive strives for in customer service.
Jerry is both a Mac technician and iPhone technician at iRevive. Currently attending college at Erskine for Information Technology, Jerry is the former President of his schools Robotics team and a member of Student Council. Jerry has made the Dean’s List multiple times and is a top 10 hammer thrower athlete in his division at college. From learning electrical engineering to building pneumatic systems, Jerry’s understanding of how things works gives him the mindset needed to solve the most trivial of Apple Product repairs. While Jerry enjoys making MacBooks work like new again, he also enjoys studying welding at his local career center.
Connor is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving. With a background as a Tech and Print supervisor at Staples, Connor has a knack for figuring out why devices are throwing temper tantrums. His interest in many trading card games also brings critical thinking and strategy to the table (literally), as TCGs require resource management, planning, as well as quick thinking to accomplish goals. These same skills are required to “revive” tech devices such as MacBooks, iPhones and iPads. In the summer of 2022, Connor joined up with iRevive to take his repair experience to the next level by adding Apple devices to his long list of technical know-how.
