We are an independent repair shop that specializes in Apple product repair services ranging from iPhone screen repair to MacBook Logic board Micro Soldering repairs. Our focus is helping our customers find the best resolutions for their Mac and iPhone problems, even if that means we talk them out of a repair if it is not within their best interest. Who we are looking for
Someone who already has experience performing part replacements (ie. Screen and battery replacements) on iPhone, iPad, and Mac repairs as well as properly diagnosing issues (figuring out why a MacBook is not turning on). There is a lot of problem solving in our line of work so being able to perform diagnostics is very important so that we are ensuring clients that we are performing the correct repair the first time. Also, as previously mentioned, customer service is huge with us, so we are searching for someone who is good with clients. I have listed more requirements for the technician position below.

Responsibilities:
– Assist and educate clients with their Apple devices, both hardware and software needs.
– Listen to clients concerns and present potential solutions to effectively resolve their technological issues.
– Perform diagnostics on non functioning Apple products.
– Carry out consistent high quality repairs in a reasonable amount of time. (We focus on Quality over Quantity).
– Perform the following repairs:

Macintosh

• MacBook Disassembly/Reassembly
• Hard Drive / Solid Sate Drive Replacement and Data Migration
• MacBook Screen, Battery, and Keyboard Replacement
• A1311, A1312 iMac Repairs (2009-2011)
• A1418, A1419 iMac Repairs (2012-2020)
• macOS Installations
• Malware/Virus Removal

iOS

• iPhone Screen and Battery Replacement
• iPhone small part Replacements (ie Charge ports and Cameras)
• iPad Screen and Battery Replacement
• iPad Charge port Replacement
• iOS Installations

Schedule
Position is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm.

–If you can speak Spanish, this will be a huge plus but is not a requirement to work here.
