POPULAR QUESTIONS
What is the difference between the OLED and LCD screen?
We carry two types of screen replacements for this model iPhone, OLED and LCD.
The OLED screen is as close to the Apple original screen in quality, color tone, and screen brightness and is our recommended choice.
The LCD screen is our economic option that functions exactly the same but has a slightly lower quality color tone and brightness. Both screens are backed by a 1-year defect warranty.
Can I drop my iPhone off for repair and return later?
Most certainly. There are lots of places to grab a bite to eat or even go shopping while your iPhone is being repaired. When you drop off your iPhone, we will provide you with a work ticket. When you stop by to pick up your iPhone, make sure your bring back your ticket so we can match it with your iPhone.
How long does it take to repair my iPhone 14 screen?
We keep replacement screens in stock for the iPhone 14 so our average turn around time is 1 hour.
What if my iPhone screen is typing by itself?
There is a layer underneath the glass of your iPhone (known as the digitizer) that is responsible for picking up your touch inputs. When the screen on an iPhone is damaged, the digitizer can also break which can cause the screen to start typing by itself. This is commonly referred to as Ghost Touching. Fortunately, the digitizer is part of the screen assembly and is repaired by simply replacing the screen of your iPhone. There is no additional charge to this repair during a screen replacement.
What if my iPhone screen doesn't pick up touch?
In some cases, when an iPhone screen is damaged, the layer underneath the glass (known as the digitizer) can break causing your screen to no longer pick up your touch in some or all parts of the screen. Fortunately, the digitizer is part of the screen assembly and is repaired by simply replacing the screen of your iPhone. There is no additional charge to this repair during a screen replacement.
Can you repair the back glass of my iPhone 14?
Absolutely! The iPhone 14 is the first iPhone with a replaceable back glass. All we require is a 50% deposit so we can order your exact color back glass for your model iPhone 14. You may hold on to your iPhone while we wait on shipping. Shipping takes 2 business days. Once the new back glass arrives, the repair takes 1 hour to complete.
Do I have to make an appointment?
We welcome all walk-in clients and work on a first-come-first-serve basis. We keep replacement parts in stock so you don’t have to make an appointment.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! While most repair shops offer a limited 90 day warranty, all of our iPhone repairs are backed by a 1-year defect warranty. If there is anything defective with our parts, we will gladly resolve any issue by replacing the part for no additional charge. Warranty does not cover future damages to the device.
